William L Howard Managing Member/Owner Founder William L. Howard grew up in the Silver Spring, MD area and attended local schools and colleges. Prior to HRRE, Mr. Howard worked in the real estate industry for over a decade. Mr. Howard believes in accountability so he is always available for his customers. He also knows that every client is valuable, so he personally goes by all HRRE's job sites. Mr. Howard lives in Washington, DC Metro Area where he hopes to help make Washington, DC, Maryland, & Virginia one of the most eco-friendly places in the country.
